Greetings! We would like to let you know the followings:

1. 165th Anniversary Celebration Dinner (11 Dec)
• DATE: 11 December, 2016 (Sunday)
• TIME: 1830 for Cocktail, dinner starts at 1900
• VENUE: Grand Hall, 3/F, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre
• DRESS CODE: Business Attire

Please note that tickets are running out. If you have not had a ticket yet, please contact spc165dinner@alumni.org.hk.
To celebrate the 165th Anniversary of our alma mater, you are cordially invited to the 165th Anniversary Celebration Dinner, to be held at 6:30pm on 11 December 2016 (Sunday) at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Please email to spc165dinner@alumni.org.hk for enquiry and reservation.

2. 165th Anniversary Concert (6 Dec)
The school hopes that the 165th anniversary concert provides a precious opportunity to bring together all members of the SPC family together in the gala evening. Featuring in the concert will be a musical debut as well as first-class music performances by St. Paul¡¦s instrumentalists, choir members, alumni and the like. The concert promises to be an evening of joyous celebration and music diversity ― an event not to be missed. Details of the concert are as follows:
• DATE: 6th December 2016 (Tuesday)
• TIME: 7:30pm
• VENUE: Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall
• TICKETS: $1800 / $680 / $380 / *$360
*Discounted price for full time students only: $150
The public ticket sale has started at all URBTIX outlets, on Internet, by mobile ticketing app My URBTIX (Android and iPhone/iPad versions) and telephone.

3. Simon¡¦s Happy Hour (8 Sept)

• DATE: 8 December 2016 (Thurs)
• TIME: 7:00 - 9:00pm

5. Annual General Meeting 2016

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of St. Paul's College Alumni Association for 2016 will be held on 17 December 2016 (Saturday) at 4:00pm (registration begins at 3:00pm) at 1/F, Wong Ming Him Hall, St. Paul's College, 69 Bonham Road, Hong Kong. The agenda is as follows:

1. Confirmation of the minutes of the last AGM
2. Chairman's Report
3. Hon. Treasurer's Report
4. Appointment of Honorary Auditor
5. Election of Committee Members

Only a registered member can vote at the AGM. Any alumnus receiving this email should have been a registered member. Please help to invite other alumni to register as a SPCAA member. Please visit SPCAA's website (www.alumni.org.hk) for a copy of the membership application form. The form is required to be completed and submitted to the secretariat by 12 December 2016 for the alumni to be eligible to vote at the forthcoming AGM.

For those alumni who wish to stand as a candidate for the election of the committee members, a registration form will be available on SPCAA's website on 25 November 2016, and please use the registration form to register with the secretariat (secretariat@alumni.org.hk) between 27 November 2016 and 3 December 2016.

Proxy form of the AGM will be available in the second week of December after the completion of the registration of the committee election. For those who would like to appoint a proxy, please visit SPCAA's website or contact Ms. Priscilla Fan (9491 9668 / priscilla.fan@alumni.org.hk) for a copy of proxy form.
