Notice of Annual General Meeting 2009
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the St. Paul's College Alumni Association for 2009 will be held on 28 November 2009 (Saturday) at 7pm at 1/F Wong Ming Him Hall, St. Paul's College. The agenda is as follows :
1. Confirmation of the notes of last AGM
2. Chairman's Report
3. Hon. Treasurer's Report
4. Appointment of Hon. Auditor
5. A.O.B.
A poolside party will follow the AGM for alumni to relax and reunion (price $180 per head). Please register with Ms. Priscilla FAN at 9491 9668 or email priscilla.fan@alumni.org.hk if you are able to come.
